1. How it works here
Here you will find the rules that apply when purchasing paintings and prints from Zuz_nevi. When you buy from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. How to order
You click, you order, you pay – and that's it. Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation and we will start preparing your order.

4. Price and payment
Prices are in CZK and include everything you need (including VAT). You can pay by card or bank transfer.

5. When will you receive your painting?
We ship paintings and prints within 14 days unless otherwise stated. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

6. What if you change your mind?
You can return prints within 14 days. Custom paintings cannot be returned – they are made specifically for you.

7. When something goes wrong
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, write to us at [INSERT EMAIL] and we will arrange a fix.

COMPLAINTS RULES

1. When something goes wrong
You can complain about items that arrived damaged or do not match the description.

2. How to do it?
Send us an email with a photo of the problem to zuztonevi@gmail.com. We will respond within 3 days and find a solution.

3. How long does it take?
We will resolve the complaint within 30 days at the latest, but we can usually do it faster.

We only collect what is necessary – name, email, address and phone number. We only use them to process your order.

We only keep data for as long as necessary for orders and legal obligations.
